A Sensitive Transformation
Once a disused and timeworn public house, the Junction Hotel has been thoughtfully transformed by Andwell Homes into a collection of five high-quality residences. This former 200-year-old stone-built pub was carefully redeveloped into four spacious three-bedroom homes, all crafted to an exceptional standard.
Retaining Character and History
Retaining much of the building’s original character, we enhanced its historical charm while bringing every aspect of the interior up to modern expectations. In addition, we constructed a new three-bedroom stone cottage, sympathetically designed to complement the existing structure. Situated on the site of the old car park, this new home benefits from private rear parking and seamlessly blends with the heritage aesthetic of the development.
This unique project was undertaken by the portfolio arm of our business, with all five properties retained as long-term rental homes — providing high-quality housing while preserving a piece of Burnley’s architectural history.
